Preparation Process 🛠️

Your orders are meticulously crafted by our artisans within 1–3 business days, subjected to a detailed quality control process, and then handed over to the courier. For custom-made or personalized items (Custom orders), an additional +2 business days may be added to this preparation timeframe; in such cases, you will be informed in advance.

Logistics Partners and Delivery Times 🚀

At Osiris Jewelry, we exclusively partner with UPS Express and FedEx Express to deliver your luxury pieces to you in the safest and fastest way possible. The courier company that provides the fastest service to your specific region is meticulously selected by our logistics team. (Please note: Due to the security policies of UPS and FedEx, deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address.)

  • Turkey: Shipping is FREE for all orders. The delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • US, UK, and Europe: 1–3 business days on average.

  • Middle East (UAE, etc.) and Other Countries: 2–6 business days on average.

  • Far East: 4–8 business days on average. (Note: The timeframes mentioned above are estimated transit times. Potential delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country are not included in these timeframes and are beyond the control of Osiris Jewelry.)

Delivery times are estimates based on historical data and carrier statements; they may vary due to peak seasons, weather conditions, and carrier operations.

Global Shipping Campaign (Free Shipping) 🌍

We offer special shipping advantages for the following regions:

  • US, UK, and EU: Express Shipping is FREE for orders of 150 USD (or the equivalent in local currency) and above.

  • For orders below this amount and for countries outside the campaign, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at the checkout screen once you enter your address.

At Osiris Jewelry, we stand by your side at every step, from the moment your order leaves our workshop until it reaches your doorstep. In the event of a shipping disruption or a special request, we are always happy to assist you and, where appropriate, offer flexible solutions. However, as you may appreciate, to secure our global logistics operations and prevent potential abuse, the delivery and customs rules below constitute our legal framework. As long as there is no malicious intent, resolving any issue together is our priority; however, in cases of abuse, the following policies will be strictly enforced.

Customs and Duties 

  • United States: Orders shipped to the US are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Accordingly, any potential customs duties are covered by us in advance; no additional taxes will be requested from you upon delivery.

  • All Other Countries: For international orders outside the US and Turkey, all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees that may arise according to the destination country's customs and tax regulations are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. (For deduction procedures regarding unclaimed and refused packages due to unpaid customs duties, please review our [Return Policy].)

Security and Contact 🛡️

All our shipments are sent with tracking and, where applicable, are covered by insurance. Once your order is dispatched, your tracking code will be sent to you via email.
