No tricks, no lies, it's a solid steel piece not hallow on either side of the pendant whatsoever. The pendant looks dark in some areas, but I can assure you it's not due to the metal being poorly treated. The pendant is studded with black gems that very in size. There is probably between 20 and 40 altogether.

This pendant did meet my expectations however, I wish their may have been an option to scale up the size of the pendant. This pendant is about 6 and a half inches in total. It is a decent size for sure though. I was not able to customize the gems which is a preference that would have been nice. But, you do get exactly what is displayed on the seller's page.
